Inspired by Sweet Peas
Here we are on day 19 of AEDM. It has been a joy to be reacquainted again by artists I haven’t visited for a while (like Tammy Vitale) and to make new friends as well. I am cheered to find other lovers of the black line, such as Jamie Price and Margaret Storer-Roche.
Today’s doodle is a ramble with no particular place to go. The Havens asked if I took more than a day to finish a doodle, was I truly doodling? I say YES YES YES. No longer is the doodle a lowly scrawl mindlessly executed while chatting on the phone or enduring a boring lecture in class, though Im certain wonderful doodles have been doodled during those times.
Here is a great lens at Squidoo that graciously expounds on the subject.
So everybody grab your black Sharpie pen and favorite sketchbook and have a great doodley-day!
